Listening First, Advising Second 

When working with a new customer, the first step isn’t touring spaces—it’s listening. We take time to understand not only what our customers want, but why they want it. Asking questions like “What are your goals, challenges, and must-haves? What’s motivating your move?” sets both a tone for future conversations, as well as a respect for each other’s business and time. 

“It’s about meeting them where they’re at,” says Grant Tucker. “You really have to gauge customers’ comfort level with real estate, and then you can accommodate them at their knowledge level to make sure they feel heard and important throughout their process. 

 

Navigating Expectations with Honesty and Empathy 

Customers often know what they want, and we place an emphasis on making these dreams a reality. Even when looking at spaces that may be out of reach, we focus on informing, not deciding for customers. By being transparent with costs, offering comparable examples, and outlining the “why” behind recommendations, we help customer find options that match their goals. 

“I’m here to guide clients through the market, helping them find a space that not only meets their goals but also fits comfortably within their budget,” says Jonny Bosworth. “Sometimes, all it takes is providing clients with a variety of great options and empowering them to make the choice that feels right. No matter which direction they take, I’m fully committed to finding a space that is right for them.” 

 

Guiding Clients Through Complex Transactions 

Some deals are simple. Others involve multiple offers, varying tenant improvement needs, or complex timelines. In those situations, our role becomes part advisor, part coach. We walk clients through every scenario, explain all available options, and help them make confident, informed decisions. 

“It’s important to be transparent in sharing all parts of a lease,” says Grant. “We lay out all possible outcomes from the start so nothing feels like a surprise. Then, it’s important to allow space and time for decision makers to process all that you’ve shared with them.” 

 

Relationships Beyond the Deal 

For us, the relationship doesn’t end at closing. We check in. We celebrate milestones. We offer resources ranging from customized interior design to equity investment to property technology to property management, and everything in between. Long-term relationships are built on trust, and we invest in that trust well beyond the final signature. Our team also emphasizes maintaining relationships in settings outside of work, as an authentic relationship inside and outside of the workplace matters to us.
