I love my job because it allows me to positively impact people’s work experiences. Work is such a significant part of our lives, and I am passionate about making it better for everyone. I thrive on analyzing data and engaging in conversations to identify areas for improvement and implement innovative solutions. Additionally, leading our internship program is incredibly fulfilling. Watching interns grow, develop their skills, and eventually receive full-time offers or promotions is immensely rewarding. Their success stories inspire me and reinforce the importance of fostering a supportive and growth-oriented environment.
Rejection is Redirection. I am a big believer in “everything happens for a reason”, “happy accidents” and manifestation.
I love all kinds of music and enjoy going to concerts whenever I can. I also have a passion for thrifting—about 70% of my wardrobe is made up of thrifted finds. I find it exciting to discover unique, stylish pieces while also being budget and environmentally conscious. . Additionally, I love traveling and exploring new places, cultures, and cuisines, which continually inspires me.
I love all of the authentic connections I’ve made and I really think that West YP’s programming helps me grow both personally and professionally alongside my peers.
Thrifting, at restaurants, on the bike trails, or enjoying a concert! I also attend networking events whenever I can through West YP, the Loop, SHRM, etc.
Experiencing France/Europe! I have always wanted to travel there and was supposed to study abroad there but was unable to due to the pandemic. It has always been a dream of mine.
