Member care calls are an integral part of ambassador duties. They allow the West Des Moines Chamber of Commerce to maintain and update contact information, address concerns, and celebrate successes. Please complete the form below with your notes from a recent member care call.

Following the Call

During or immediately following your conversation with a member, you may reference the current membership guide or ways to engage brochure. We encourage you to share more about the ways the member can get involved – member spotlights, attending events, joining committees, adding events and specials, and so much more. Be sure to invite them to the next event as your guest and share your contact information so they feel connected. Finally, send them a follow-up email or handwritten note to thank them for their time and membership in the WDM Chamber.
