My name is Elaine Ware, and I am the founder of Reka Luxury Travel, a boutique travel design firm. Reka specializes in creating seamless luxury travel experiences for discerning travelers, as well as strategic incentive and executive travel programs for privately held companies.
My background in international travel began long before launching the business. My husband and I spent many years traveling extensively across Europe, Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the South Pacific. Those experiences shaped Reka’s philosophy: travel should feel effortless, meaningful, and thoughtfully designed. Today, I work with both private clients and corporate leaders to create refined journeys, ranging from Mediterranean and Alaska voyages to bespoke land itineraries and executive incentive programs.

Reka Luxury Travel provides two primary areas of expertise:
– Private Luxury Travel: We design ocean and river cruises throughout Europe, Alaska exploration voyages, and bespoke itineraries for individuals and families.
– Corporate Incentive Programs: We work with companies to design strategic programs, such as Presidents Club journeys and leadership retreats, intended to reward top performers and support employee retention.
In both cases, our role is to remove the complexity of planning and ensure every detail is managed seamlessly.
My philosophy is that luxury travel is about ease, precision, and thoughtful design rather than excess. Clients value their time more than ever, and my goal is to create experiences that feel effortless from the start of planning until they return home. I focus on listening carefully to understand a client’s specific goals and personal style.
