Accelerate Emerging Leaders is a program of the West Des Moines Chamber designed for those aged 21-39 who are looking for high quality programming, unique experiences and community engagement. It’s developed for young professionals by young professionals, so you can be assured what’s being offered is something you’ll find valuable.

Accelerate Emerging Leaders is proud to partner with Iowa State University Ivy College of Business to offer this series designed to highlight strategies for gaining influence. 

Based on the latest scientific data, each lecture offers a unique aspect of conflict management by uncovering what makes us tick. You will get to know yourself more and better understand those around you while learning the latest in negotiation techniques.
