If YES to Q1 and Q2, above, and you have NOT been previously selected to receive funds in relation to the Black & Brown Business Summit fundraiser, we would love to learn more about your organization!
Why should I submit our organization to be considered?
Ø One qualified nonprofit organization will be selected!
Ø An upcoming fundraiser will be raising funds and 100% of the funds raised will be allocated selected organization! Watch for exciting details coming soon!
Ø There will be social media publicity for the selected organization during the fundraiser!
Ø Representatives from the selected organization will be invited to attend the 3rd annual Athene Black & Brown Business Summit Celebration!
Ø A highly publicized check presentation will highlight the organization at the Celebration!

ü NOTE: the WDM Chamber’s DEI committee will review ALL submitted applications and select organizations that best support and promote social justice, have purpose, impact our community and align with the BBBS mission.
What is the Mission of the Black and Brown Business Summit?
The Black & Brown Business Summit is a business growth event created to elevate ethnic minorities in business and assist them with their business acceleration. This is accomplished through providing valuable entrepreneurship programming, procurement education and dynamic event experiences centered around supporting minority entrepreneurs across Iowa. The Summit is proud to partner with agencies, corporations and communities around the state to provide value for founders, entrepreneurs and business professionals.
